This Project built on a land of 6 thousand 296 square meters. Consisting of 90 flats in 4 blocks, the project includes 1+1 and 2+1 flats. The blocks were planned as 3 floors. which was implemented in Karasu, one of the developing districts of Sakarya, draws attention with its low-rise and different architecture. 3 thousand 417 square meters of the boutique concept site consisting of 1 + 1 and 2 + 1 apartments has been allocated to green areas. The social areas of the project include basketball and volleyball court, football field, tennis court, mini golf course, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, children’s playground, camellia, Turkish bath.  50 meters from public transportation vehicles, 50 meters from Carrefour and Tekzen, and 780 meters from the sea.
